Credentialed, but human

Real credentials — delivered like a conversation

Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. A registered dietitian is different: a graduate-level clinician with an accredited degree, 1,000+ supervised clinical hours, a national board exam & ongoing licensure. It's also why insurance covers our care.

Our team pairs that clinical training with a functional, root-cause approach — digging into why you feel the way you do, then building sustainable habits that fit your real life. We meet you where you are, and help you build a kinder relationship with food.

Good to know

Questions? We've got you.

Is it really $0 out of pocket?

For most insured clients, yes. Many major plans cover nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian at 100% as a preventative benefit — often with unlimited visits. Coverage varies by plan, so we verify your exact benefits before your first session and tell you your cost upfront. No surprise bills, ever.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We're in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Curative, UnitedHealthcare, and UMR. Medicare is accepted for chronic kidney disease and diabetes. We also accept HSA, FSA, and private pay — and offer an accessible membership for uninsured clients.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes! We see clients virtually as well as in person at our Vero Beach, FL office.

What happens at the first appointment?

Your dietitian takes time to understand your full health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals — clients consistently describe the intake as thorough and supportive. You'll leave with clear, realistic first steps, and build a personalized plan together from there.

What's the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist?

"Nutritionist" isn't a protected title — anyone can use it. Registered dietitians complete an accredited graduate-level program, 1,000+ supervised clinical hours, and a national board exam. That's also why insurance covers our care.

Do I need a referral?

Most plans don't require one. If yours does, we'll flag it during your free benefits check and walk you through it — no guesswork.

Feel your best — & stay that way

It takes two minutes to book. We'll verify your insurance benefits for free and match you with the right registered dietitian for your goals — no guesswork, just clear, professional guidance you can trust.
